- 300g lard, leaf
- 5 sprigs dill, fresh
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tspn ground black pepper
- 1 tspn sea salt
- 1/2 tspn chilli flakes
Get good quality leaf of lard such as Mangalitsa or other good quality pork. Cut into 1cm cubes. Chop some fresh red chilli pepper, half should be enough depending on you taste really. Peel 3 cloves of garlic and chop few sprigs of fresh dill. If you like more spicy then use it.
Add all the ingredients to the food processor and process until smooth. You should get delicious spread for your bread.
For ketogenic dietc you can use it with fat dough or any other keto bread.
