  • 200g prawns
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 green chilli pepper
  • 1 lime (or lemon)
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 150g spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove


  1. Remove the seeds and chop the green chilli
  2. Into large bowl add prawns, minced garlic, lime or lemon zest and juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Optionally you can leave for an half an hour in a fridge letting the prawns to marinade and flavours blend.
  4. Now it’s time for serving. Add a fresh spinach, prawn salad on the servid plate and finally add the avocados. You can sprinkle avocados with some himalayan salt and a bit of lime juice for freshness.
