Delicious and super tasty fruit dessert typical for Creole recipes. For the first time I have tried it on Seychelles. Yummy. So if you haven't tasted yet then you have to. Here it is easy banana flambe recipe.
Banana Flambe Ingredients
- 8 ripe bananas
- 100g sugar
- 100ml rum
- 25g butter
- Melt the butter in a pan, add sugar and bananas.
- Cook until both sides of the bananas are caramelized.
- Add the rum and flame.
- Place the bananas in cups and pour the syrup.
Enjoy this excellent fruit dessert with scoop of ice cream of your choice. I’m sure you will want more soon.
